The Boston Police Department reports two teens, one 16, one 14, were found shot around 3:20 p.m. on Sunday outside 253 Geneva Ave.

Both were taken to Boston Medical Center. The 16-year-old died not long after; the 14-year-old remains near death, police say.

The dead teen is Dorchester's 21st murder victim this year (map).
