The Boston Fire Department reports a one-alarm fire at 10 Winter St. this afternoon did roughly $30,000 in damage and displaced seven adults and two children.
The department says the blaze, on the second floor of a three-decker, started as a stove fire while one resident was cooking, shortly after 1 p.m.
All of the residents got out OK; one firefighter suffered cuts to one hand.
