The Boston Police Department reports a man, believed to be in his 30s, was shot around at 1357 Blue Hill Ave., at Walk Hill Street, around 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Jakyres McKinney, 25, was ordered held without bail at his arraignment Monday on charges he fatally shot Javoni Boyd, 19, at 165 Delhi St. in Mattapan on June 13.
