Roxbury man arrested for shooting death of Mattapan woman in April

The Boston Police Department reports arresting Dane Henry, 23, of Roxbury, in connection with the shooting death of Eleanor Maloney, 74, on April 6 in an exchange of gunfire on Mattapan Street that she had nothing to do with.

Henry was charged with manslaughter, unlawful possession of a firearm and assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, police say. He is scheduled for arraignment on Monday in Dorchester District Court.

Two other people were injured in the shootout, including Maloney's grandson, Anthony Davis, a designated armed career criminal who faces gun charges in connection with the lethal battle.
