Police are looking into a man found dead near the intersection of Shandon Road and American Legion Highway, near Franklin Park, on Thursday night.

An unconscious man was reported at about 6:15 p.m. near 99 Shandon Rd., police said. Officers from District B-3 responded and found the victim, who has not been publicly identified, unresponsive. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
