A man, believed to be in his 20s, was found mortally wounded at 2:55 p.m. on Monday afternoon outside of 49 Bullard St. in Dorchester. The victim, who has not yet been named by Boston Police, was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Anyone with information is asked to call BPD detectives at 617-343-4470.
