A fire reported around 2:30 a.m. did an estimated $350,000 in damage to a two-family house at 47 Codman Hill Ave., the Boston Fire Department says.

One firefighter went to the hospital with chest pains, another with a knee injury, the department says.

The cause remains under investigation.
