The Boston Police Department reports Terrance Small, 39, was murdered outside 2 Shafter St. this afternoon.

Police say arriving officers found the man lying in the street, with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to Boston Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

He is Dorchester's 19th murder victim in 2010 (recent murders in Dorchester and Mattapan).
