Boston Police report neighbors heard numerous gunshots this evening shortly before a 17-year-old was found lying on the sidewalk at 70 Tonawanda St. around 7:19 p.m.

He was taken to Boston Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead of a gunshot wound.

Police say witnesses saw two possible suspects run in the direction of Waldeck Street.
