Registration for our Spring Athletic program will take place on Saturday, March 17th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We will be accepting registrations for the Intermediate/Senior Basketball League (I/SBL), Indoor Soccer and the Walking Club. Registrations accepted after the March 17th date are on a first come, first serve basis and there will be a $10 late fee. Last year’s league had four teams in the Intermediate division (13-15) and six teams in the Senior division (15-18). The league plays games on Tuesday and Thursday evenings as well as Saturday mornings. League play is expected to begin in early April. The co-ed Soccer program will have three components. There will be a 4-team Intramural League for 8-12 year olds which will play games on Friday afternoons. For our 6 & 7 year old members we will offer a Clinic, also on Friday afternoons.
Lastly, we will enter a team into the N.E.N.E.A.P.C. league which will see our All-Stars from the Intramural program competing against Boys & Girls Clubs from across the region. For those interested in the Walking Club we will be offering this Indoor program for members ages 6 to 13. This group will continue on from the Winter program. The Walking Club promotes physical activity with a Nutrition component. In the late Spring this group will be attending outdoor walks/runs.
