This report by BNN-TV's Neighborhood Network News highlights the good progress made by Wheelock College— which has stepped up to manage and program the Mattahunt Community Center in Mattapan. The community was startled when the former city-run community center was abruptly shut-down by the Menino administration last year, but since then Wheelock and the city formed a task force to revitalize the facility and introduce new programs for all ages.
