The Mayor’s Office of Consumer Affairs and Licensing will hear a petition from a new Massachusetts Avenue bar and restaurant to add entertainment until 2 a.m. The Home Run Cafe at 1269 Mass Ave.— the old Venetian Garden— wants permission to add a DJ and live music, along with karaoke and dancing. The hearing will be held on Wed., March 2 at 11:30 a.m. at City Hall.
