ODDS & ENDS: The Globe takes a closer look at the arbitration legislation created by Rep. Walsh and the firefighters union.....Charlotte Golar Richie, who came in third place on Sept. 24, may not make an endorsement after all. “Frankly, I am torn,” she tells MassLive.com’s Garrett Quinn.....The Herald's Peter Gelzinis says Mayor Menino could be helping Connolly.....The two candidates will be at the State House on Tuesday to testify on a dropout prevention bill sponsored by state Sen.
