Lit Drop Linkage - 9/17/2009

A brief round-up of links you might have missed. Feel free to send suggestions to gin.dumcius (at) gmail.com or mwdeehan (at) gmail.com.

1. SearchCIO.com writes that the controversy of a top City Hall aide's deletion of emails could "serve as another reminder to CIOs that email retention is serious business."

2. Sam Yoon kept his winning streak alive this morning on FNX Radio's "My Song is Better than Your Song" contest. This week's song? What else: Public Enemy's "Fight the Power." It bested Green Day's "American Idiot." To each their own, we guess.

3. South End News worked Yoon's use of the word "charrettes" into their article about the Ward 4 and Ward 5 Committees' Monday forum.

4. The Daily Free Press's editorial board does not appear to be a fan of Michael Flaherty.

5. We received several emails yesterday about a certain YouTube video of a certain candidate for At-Large. The email subject lines ranged from "have you seen this?" to "WTF." We await if any other candidate can top this. And for when this shows up on the Office of Campaign and Political Finance report, if at all.
