Dorchester’s Epiphany School welcomed Bishop Michael Curry, the Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church USA and the first African American leader of the church, to its campus on April 14.

Bishop Curry, along with the Rt. Rev. Alan Gates (Bishop of Massachusetts), Rev. Canon Stephanie Spellers, and Sharon Jones, engaged with the middle school students during an afternoon Eucharist.

He also toured the middle school and Early Learning Center and met with several of Epiphany’s graduates in the school’s greenhouse.
