The Grove Hall Safe Neighborhood Initiative will host a community meeting on Thurs., Feb. 14 beginning with a 5:30 p.m. reception and a meeting from 6-8 p.m. in the Grove Hall Community Center, 51 Geneva Ave., Dorchester. Agenda includes grants that have been awarded to target substance abuse and neighborhood trauma response.
